Junior Makers: Luxury Hair Accessories (Ages 7–10)

Transform beautiful fabric remnants into wearable art. In this 1.5-hour creative, fast-paced workshop, children will design and hand-craft a collection of bespoke hair accessories, including oversized bows and elegant scrunchies.

What the Students Do:

Fabric Selection: Explore our studio’s collection of luxury silks, soft cottons, and ribbons to find the perfect palette.

Hand-Stitching & Assembly: Learn the "invisible" ladder stitch and decorative hand-tacking to create beautiful shapes and secure attachments.

Embellishment: Add the finishing couture touch with beads, pearls, or sparkles to make their accessories truly unique.

The Safety-First Approach:

Expert Construction: To ensure the accessories are durable enough for daily wear, the instructor will handle the internal elastic tensioning and final structural seams using a professional machine.

Skill Introduction: As the children watch the final assembly, they will be introduced to how elastic works within a garment and the importance of "back-stitching" for strength.

Couture Remnants: Students have access to the same high-end fabrics used in our evening wear—making their "everyday" accessories feel truly special.

All Supplies Provided: From premium hair ties and clips to specialized needles and silk threads, we provide everything needed for a complete set.

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

All classes are non‑refundable. Because our groups are small, date changes are difficult. If you notify us at least two weeks before your class, a one‑time date change may be possible, but it isn’t guaranteed.

If we need to cancel a class, we’ll give as much notice as we can and offer either a full refund or a new date.
